If you order the Sounds, Drums, Samples, Loops Video Tutorials or Sample CD’s  You will be e-mail a password to download your files. So Please be patient

I’m using a Mac can I download the sound on my Mac?

Yes all downloads  working for Mac and PC.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We use PayPal or Google Checkout because it is secure and accepts payment from many credit cards. The complete transaction is handled by the PayPal or Google Checkout secure server system.

I never got an email with my download info what happened?

First check your junk email and spam email folders as it might have been put in there by your email service and the email may never get through to you if you are using a spam blocking service or if you provided a dummy email address that you do not use or does not exist. If you need your download links please use the contact link to email the information about your purchase along with a valid email address that the links can be sent to along with the Paypal ID or Google Checkout ID New download links cannot be sent to a different email address than the one specified at time of purchase without providing the Paypal ID or Google Checkout ID as a way to find and verify the purchase.

Who else can use the sounds on the CD that I have purchased?

Nobody, unless they also purchased the same Sample CD or downloaded the same sound sample. Only the ORIGINAL PURCHASER has the right to use the sound samples. This means you CANNOT SELL or give the sounds to anyone else. If you do, and they use the sounds within there music, they or anyone associated with the distribution of the music, may face legal action from us.

What exactly am I purchasing?

When you purchase a Sampling CD, or download some of the sound samples from Loop Dealer, you are not obtaining ownership of some of the sound samples, you are in fact purchasing a license to use the sound samples within your musical compositions, The original producers of some of the sound samples will always retain ownership of the sound samples.

Do you have an exchange policy?

No. You can not exchange a sample cd product or the downloads. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We only replace files if a file is corrupt or damaged. If you loose your download .zip file or your hard drive crashes, we will only give you a new link  with in 7-days of the date of purchase. You can buy download Insurance at the checkout page to protect your investment for 1 Year! And we will send you a new link of the items you lost. Please be advised the  Download Insurance only covers purchases that included the download insurance.
